Here are the prices for a group to attend Camp Living Water.
Prices good thru 2019. Various discounts apply as listed -- we want to keep it affordable for you.
Overnight guests (includes lodging and use of all facilities):
1 night ............................. $ 40.00 per person
2 nights ........................... $ 66.00 per person
3 or more nights .............. $ 32.00 per person per night
Daytime event fees vary from $125 to $1,800 depending on your group size and facilities reserved; call for details.
Paintball is available at $ 20.00 per person for a four-hour session; we provide equipment and refs.
OUTINGS: We can outfit and help lead outings such as rock-climbing, mountain biking, hikes, overnight backpacking and canoeing -- call or write for details.

SKI PACKAGES -- includes CLW lodging and facilities, meals, and a one-day Cataloochee Ski Area lift ticket and equipment :

WEDDINGS and BANQUETS: Volunteer Hall seats 170, and it has become a popular banquet place. The surrounding mountain scenery make it a beautiful setting for your wedding.
Wedding and reception: $1,200 -- 1,800
Wedding only, reception only, banquet or similar event: $800 -- 1,200
Small groups (birthday party, office party) -- $350

Children ages 3-17 accompanied by parent - 1/2 price lodging and meals
Children age 0-2 - No charge
Ski groups – one free member for every 15 paying members
DEPOSIT and minimum guarantee to reserve:
Deep Creek Apartments, 16 beds
minimum guarantee of 10 people, $ 100/day deposit
3-8 Lodge rooms and to share kitchen and Volunteer Dining Hall
minimum guarantee of 20 people, $ 200/day deposit
8-13 Lodge rooms and full use of the kitchen and Volunteer Dining Hall
minimum guarantee of 40 people, $ 300/day deposit
the entire Lodge, 16 rooms, 130 beds, and full use of the kitchen and Volunteer Dining Hall
minimum guarantee of 75 people, $ 500/day deposit
Entire Lodge and Deep Creek Apartments, 146 beds
minimum guarantee of 105 people, $6 00/day deposit
The deposit is non-refundable and is deducted from final payment. Reservations can be made by phone or email and will be held for ten working days while a contract and deposit are arranged.
Other notes: There must be a responsible adult group leader who will act as the primary contact with CLW. We will help the group leader make room assignments as best fits the group. Call to determine in advance which rooms are available. Your group will be responsible for leaving the rooms as clean as they were found. Linens, towels and pillows are to be provided by your group.
If you are using the kitchen, there must be a designated Cook with a ServSafe certificate, and the posted health and safety rules must be strictly followed. We provide all necessary cleaning supplies.
Prices for a week of Junior Camp, Teen Camp or High Trek wilderness trips are different.... they are listed on the camper registration form on our website.
