Here are the prices for a group to attend Camp Living Water. This includes not just a place to sleep, but use of all the facilities, so we have found that the fairest way is to charge per person, not per room. Various discounts apply as listed -- we want to keep it affordable to you.

We are available for groups of 10 or more. There must be a responsible adult group leader who will act as the primary contact with CLW. Contact Joel Sasscer for any questions and for reserving specific dates.

Prices for a week of summer camp or High Trek wilderness trip are different.... they are listed on the camper registration form (see link on the bar at right).

Use of lodging and facilities per person:
1 night .............................. $31.00
2 nights ............................ $49.00
3 or more nights ............. $23/night

MEALS per person:

breakfast .......................... $ 6.00

SKI PACKAGES -- includes CLW lodging and facilities, meals, Cataloochee ski area lift ticket, lessons and equipment for one day skiing :

2 nights 4 meals $ 132.00 per person
3 nights 7 meals $ 165.00 per person

DISCOUNTS:

Tent/RV Users - 1/2 price lodging
Children age 3-12 accompanied by parent - 1/2 price lodging & meals
Children age 0-2 - No charge
Ski groups – one free member for every 15 paying members

DEPOSIT and minimum guarantee to reserve:

Wikle House (5 br/2 bath with kitchen),
minimum guarantee of 10 people, $50/day deposit

the small kitchen/dining and 3-8 Lodge rooms
minimum guarantee of 15 people, $100/day deposit

the main kitchen/Dining Hall, 8-13 Lodge rooms
minimum guarantee of 30 people, $200/day deposit

the entire Lodge, 16 rooms, 100 beds
minimum guarantee of 60 people, $300/day deposit

Entire Lodge and Wikle House, 120 beds
minimum guarantee of 90 people, $400/day deposit

Minimum deposit for ski groups: ........... $30 per person.

Notes: Deposit is non-refundable and is deducted from final payment. Use of pool, gym, kitchen, chapel, playing field, and climbing tower are all included in the price.

We can outfit and lead outings such as rock-climbing, hikes, overnight backpacking and canoeing -- call or write for details.

Linens & pillows are to be provided by your group. Your group will be responsible for leaving the rooms as clean as they were found. If using the kitchen, there must be a designated Cook, and the posted health & safety rules must be strictly followed.

Reservations made by phone or email will be held for ten working days while a contract & deposit are arranged. Please call me if you have any questions, and if at all possible, please come by & visit us ahead of time.

We will gladly host day-time use of the facilities (church picnics, birthday parties, receptions etc) if they don't interfere with overnight guest groups. The price is $11 per person or less, depending on the length of time and nature of the day-time use.
